Participate as a company

Build On Campus produces hands-on technology build events on college and university campuses. Your team spends a full day coaching a regional audience through building with your product, in a room the institution stands behind. Tell us about your tool, what you could contribute, and the regions you care about, and we will reply with the current schedule and next steps.

What a build day gives you

  1. Conversations while people build.

    One to one, with real users, at the table where they are working, at the moment your product gets hard for them.

  2. A coaching role.

    Your people sit with attendees and unblock them. What they see is product insight a panel cannot give you.

  3. A mixed-age regional audience.

    Students, working adults, career changers, small business owners, and retirees, drawn from the campus's own region. Your super users and local advocates can coach alongside your staff.

  4. Content from the day.

    Photos, video, and participant stories that feature your tool in genuine use, ready for your own channels.

What we ask

  • A participation fee. Pricing is banded by company size. We send the current schedule when we reply.
  • An offer to attendees. Something people can leave with and keep using, such as credits, a student discount, or a free tier.
  • The neutrality rule. Sessions are led by an objective presenter, no company dominates a track, and the room is never a sales floor. Attendees trust the day, and that trust carries over to the people coaching them.

Information you submit goes to the Build On Campus team and is used only to respond to your request. We do not share or sell it. Attendee data at events is opt-in and handled under separate terms with each host campus.
